AVEDA COUNSELING AND CONSULTATION, LLC was created (and actually named after my children!) to help people feel understood and supported.

It’s important that through our sessions, clients feel they have a safe space, a person they can trust and inside an environment that encourages growth and positive change.

I am here as your therapy partner to listen and help you find ways to reduce your anxiety, stress or feelings of sadness.

Modalities: I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Solutions Focused therapy. I hold a post master’s Certificate in Clinical Trauma Foundations, a Certificate in Play Therapy and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as a Certified Grief Professional. I also have specialized training in supporting survivors of Narcissistic Abuse.

For Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC’s) in NJ looking for supervision, I offer that as well. I hold my ACS to help support and guide you through the process so you can become the best therapist for those who need support.

I am private pay only and offer a superbill for all clients who wish to receive out of network benefits.
